Hi there, 

 

I have called twice now and spoken to 2 advisers. The first call it was confirmed that I could receive a full refund on my flights and that I would get a confirmation email- which I have not yet had?

 

I then called again because I didn't receive the email and I was told I would either receive and email or a call back- neither which have happened. 


Completely understand you are so busy, just want a confirmation of my first call and refund and then I can leave you all alone haha!

 

Please can someone get back to me on this?

Hi there,

 

We aren't calling your helpline, as we are not due to fly in the next 72 hours. However, we do need to cancel or postpone our flights as we can no longer go on our holiday as Walt Disney World, our destination is now shut down.

 

Could you please advise as to at this stage whether we will be eligible for a full or partial refund?

 

If not, it looks on Delta Airlines website, who is our supplier, booked through you, that we can reschedule our flights once for a different date before December 2020.

 

Please advise what we should do and we want to thank you in advance for all your help, I know you must be inundated with requests.
